At CRBN Pickleball, we stand behind our high-performance gear and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment. If your paddle or gear doesn't meet your expectations, we make the exchange and return process seamless and efficient.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that used paddles must be in 'like-new' condition to qualify for a full refund.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select your reason for return or exchange.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Once approved, download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your CRBN gear. Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
